Where duplicate accounts are identified, sp777 may close all associated accounts and forfeit any outstanding balances.

You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place on your sp777 account. You must not share your login credentials with any other person and must take reasonable steps to keep your password secure. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, contact sp777 support immediately.

• Your account password must be kept confidential at all times.
• sp777 will never ask you for your password via email, chat, or phone.
• Account sharing — allowing another person to play using your account — is prohibited.

You may only deposit funds using payment methods that belong to you. Depositing using a payment account in another person's name is a violation of these Terms and may result in account suspension. sp777 reserves the right to request proof that a payment method belongs to you before processing a withdrawal.

• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and are displayed at the time of deposit.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests at sp777 are processed in PKR to your registered payment method. You may request a withdrawal at any time provided your account balance consists of real-money funds that have met any applicable wagering requirements, and your account is in good standing.

• Withdrawals are typically processed to JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, or bank transfer — the same methods used for deposits.
• Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are shown on the Withdrawal page.
• sp777 may require identity verification before approving a withdrawal request, particularly for first-time withdrawals or larger amounts.
• Withdrawal requests made while a bonus is active may be subject to the bonus wagering requirements being met first.
• sp777 does not accept responsibility for delays caused by the player's payment provider after the funds have been dispatched from the sp777 system.
• Attempting to withdraw funds obtained through fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or any form of cheating will result in the withdrawal being rejected and the account being reviewed.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

These Terms provide the general framework; individual bonus terms take precedence for the specific offer they relate to.

• Bonuses are credited to your account as bonus funds and must meet the stated wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money balance.
• The wagering requirement specifies how many times the bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit, as stated) must be wagered before withdrawal is permitted.
